Paper Submission and Presentation
The submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format and should conform to IEEE specifications. Each accepted paper should be presented by one of the authors and accompanied by at least one full registration fee payment to guarantee publication in the proceedings of BIBE 2016 that will be published by the IEEE and indexed into the IEEE Digital Library. Special Issues
Accepted papers with extended version will be selected for publication in special issue in International Journal on Artificial Intelligence Tools (ISSN: 0218-2130) and Journal of Medical and Biological Engineering (ISSN: 1609-0985). Both journals are SCI indexed journals.
